Styria, the southern region of Austria, is very famous for their wine. It is also on the boarder to Slovenia, so you can easily visit there as well. The famous heart street is a must see and is located in Maribor, Slovenia. As you continue to walk up the path leading from the heart street, you will arrive at a family restaurant at the top. It is a house that serves food with outdoor swing, picnic tables with a view gazing the whole vineyard. You also get to play with really friendly children. Then the kind grandma from the house brought out a plate of meat and ham, bread and cheese along with white wine, which tasted delicious. Good food in a perfect environment with children's laughing sound, that moment is just so peaceful, relaxed, and stressless.

If you enjoy good view and want to go to an even higher top, then you have to physically cross the Slovenia fence boarder and go to this post point. It is quite a funny feeling to physically cross a fence boarder between Austria and Slovenia. My friend told me the reason for the fence was to prevent refugees from crossing, which is quite stupid because the fence only covers a part but not the entire boundary. Anyway, I crossed the boarder with no problem and we arrived at the post point. Next to the post point, there is a house with back yard with swings where two daughters were playing with their father. The post is pretty high up and you have to climb some stairs, but you get to see the landscape of both Slovenia and Austria 360. If the weather is nice and sky is clear, you might even get to see the mountains in Hungary and Croatia! The good thing about this road trip, you barely see any tourists and you get to really explore and see the local way of peaceful life around the area.
